About EO Supported Employment

Since 1992, EO Supported Employment, a specialized division of Employers Overload, has been dedicated to connecting individuals with developmental disabilities in Washington and Oregon to meaningful employment opportunities with local businesses. As a unique and integral part of our organization, this division reflects our long-standing commitment to inclusive workforce solutions.

Our mission is to provide individuals the opportunity to utilize and grow their skills in order to secure employment of their choice, ultimately promoting self-sufficiency and greater independence.
